Good product, delivery was okay
I ordered a Glätteisen and some Hitzeschutzspray. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough. It took about 6 days for my package to get to me in Arizona, which is decent for an international shipment, I guess. The Glätteisen works really well, heats up fast, and my hair felt smooth after using it. The Hitzeschutzspray smells good and seems to protect my hair as expected. I did have a question about tracking, and their customer support replied within a day. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the items I received.

Got my Volumen Shampoo super quick. Ordered on Monday, it was here by Friday. The shampoo made my hair feel thicker, which was exactly what I wanted. No issues with the order at all.
Okay, but a bit slow
I bought some Haarbürste and a Haaröl from them. The checkout was fine, pretty standard stuff. The products themselves are nice, especially the Haaröl, it really helped with my dry ends. But man, the shipping took a while, like almost a week and a half to reach Florida. I was getting a bit antsy waiting for it, you know?
